We sell Gift Cards worth from £1 to £450
You can use your Gift Card in the country you bought it either on our official online store or any of our owned Stores. Please remember that you can only use the Gift Card in the country it was purchased.
As a Gift Card is a payment method it is treated like cash, this means it's not possible to cancel, return or exchange it for money, except in accordance with your legal rights.
You can use more than one Gift Card per order and you can also use another payment method if the balance of your Gift Card(s) isn't quite enough.
After you've made your purchase, any remaining balance will be saved for next time as long as you use it before the expiry date.
Returned items purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded to the original Gift Card. If you split the cost across a Gift Card and another payment method, we'll refund the same amounts to the respective methods. For example, if you pay 50 using your Gift Card and 10 using a Credit Card and then return your order, we will refund 50 back to your Gift Card balance and 10 to your Credit Card.
If your Gift Card doesn't work, please check the remaining balance by clicking Here as well as the expiry date either on the card or your email, depending where you bought it. If everything looks fine and it still won't work, please contact us.
You can buy a Gift Card either from our official online store or any of our owned stores. Please remember that you can only use the Gift Card in the country it was purchased in.
